Know the right time to eat fruit


Eating fruits is not always beneficial, especially if you eat them at the wrong time, there can be harm. Come, know that the right time to eat fruit

Select 5 fruits according to your taste. If your taste is cold, do not eat more fruits like bananas, oranges, pineapples. At the same time, if your effect is hot, then reduce the intake of fruits like mango and papaya.


 Always avoid eating fruits before or just after eating. Eat fruits either half an hour before eating, or do not consume food for at least an hour after eating, otherwise you may have digestive and acidity problems.

Consuming fruits in the morning is most beneficial for health and body, but there are some fruits which should always be avoided on empty stomach in the morning. Eating citric i.e. citrus fruits on an empty stomach can increase acidity.

If you are also among those who eat fruits with curd or milk for taste or health, then do not do this at all. This can give you health related problems.


Some fruits can be harmful for kidney stone patients, so take full information first only then consume any fruit. If eating watermelon, it is better not to eat anything with it.
